He was in regular communication with us throughout the build which was most important as we were living in another city during its construction. After we moved in, he followed up with the inevitable little things that arise and arranged for them to be fixed or completed as quickly as possible. Importantly, he worked closely with the architect during the construction to ensure everything was consistent with the design and our practical needs. In sum, it was a pleasure to work with Kirby on the construction and we greatly appreciated his excellent and consistent communication and attention to and flexibility in responding to changes or issues we raised.”
